UTAX Toner Cartridge Recycling Request

Instructions for Use:

The form contains mandatory fields and you cannot proceed with your request until these fields have been completed. You will be informed if there are fields which need completing before your submission.

Once your return has been authorised, you will be sent an return authorisation number (RAN) which must be affixed to the outside box.

  1. To the best of my knowledge, all cartridges are of genuine UTAX manufacture.
  2. To the best of my knowledge, all cartridges were sourced either directly from UTAX UK LTD/TA Triumph-Adler UK LTD or an appointed partner of UTAX UK LTD.
  3. To the best of my knowledge, all cartridges were used with UTAX or TA Triumph-Adler printers or multi-function copier systems.
  4. After return authorisation is granted, all used cartridges will be returned in their individually supplied plastic waste bag and original cardboard carton.
  5. The number of cartridges enclosed for return will match the quantity agreed on the Return Authorisation.
  6. The authorised number of cartridges agreed for return, will be enclosed in an appropriate cardboard carton and sealed to eliminate spillage during transportation.
  7. The return carton will clearly display the printed Return Authorisation label on the outside of the carton.
